Mary Rowlandson and Benjamin Franklin had very different views on the Native Americans. Even though all the views Mary Rowlandson put into the american's head they came to accept Benjamin's way of accepting the way and tradition the Natives lived by. Franklin was disgusted with the way Rowlandson thought about the Native Americans, so he wrote a satire writing to show people how unreasonable they were being, especially Mary Rowlandson. It shows allot about a character when one decides to stand up for people who are being targeted and Benjamin shows that he is a honorable man for what he did.
